We are excited to announce our upcoming Financial Literacy Classes partnered with Alabama Cooperative Extension System at Alabama A&M University, designed to empower you with essential financial knowledge and skills. These classes are an excellent opportunity to enhance your understanding of personal finance and make informed decisions about your financial future.

Details of the classes are as follows:

Course: Financial Literacy in Progress

Start Date: February 4, 2024 - March 3, 2024

Time: 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Duration: 5 Sessions (Every Sunday)

Location: ELI Thrive- 6525 1st Ave N. Birmingham, AL 35206

 Please note that attendance is mandatory for all FIVE sessions in order to receive credit for the course. Your active participation will not only help you gain a better grasp of financial concepts but also fulfill ELI’s (1) financial course completion requirement. Upon completing the course ELI participants will be eligible for one additional utility assistance payment of $150, once action steps are completed.
